• Final scope, pricing, lead times, and terms are confirmed only through written approval, order confirmation, or executed agreement issued by Rampart.

4. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

Orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Rampart.

• Orders are final and non-cancellable once production has begun
• Custom order items are final sale
• Returns, if approved, are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Refunds are issued only with written approval from Rampart Partitions Inc.
• Listed prices exclude taxes, shipping, and duties, unless expressly stated otherwise

Payments are processed through WooCommerce and third-party payment providers. Rampart does not store full credit card information on its servers.

5. File Uploads

By uploading files (including drawings, specifications, or documents), you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the files or have been granted authorization to upload them
• The uploaded content does not infringe on third-party rights

Rampart does not verify the accuracy or completeness of uploaded files and disclaims responsibility for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from their use.

All content on the Website—including text, drawings, images, specifications, logos, and software—is the exclusive property of Rampart Partitions Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
